Remedial Work.

As facades and glazing systems age issues such as water ingress can arise requiring specialist attention. At Bespoke Glazing Solutions we draw on our combined experience of over 60 years to offer detailed and cost effective solutions for any glazing or cladding issues that you may have. We offer everything from initial investigation establishing the source of a problem to carrying out the required remedial works.

On completion we carry out testing in accordance with CWCT standards to ensure the success of our work and submit detailed reports of all work carried out to update your O & M manual. Our expert installation team have been engaged in extensive remedial projects for companies such as Hibernia Reit and Mac Interiors. Franklin House, Pembroke Rd, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4

This was an extensive and complex remedial project carried out across two large fire rated curtain wall screens in order to resolve serious water ingress issues, on behalf of Mac Interiors.

It involved:

. Opening up and site investigation works including CWCT section 9 water testing.

. Working in tandem with Architects and Fire consultants in establishing a full programme of remedial actions

. Remediation programme carried out over 16 weeks.

. Successful CWCT section 9 water testing on completion.

. BCAR certification.

Whitewater Shopping Centre, Newbridge, Co. Kildare

This was an extensive and complex remedial project to address serious water ingress issues across four glazed rooflights. It was carried out in partnership with Billings Design Associates, on behalf of Savills. Programme of work was 12 weeks.

Oracle Block C, Eastpoint Business Park, Dublin 3

This project involved investigating and resolving water ingress issues on three elevations. CWCT section 9 water testing was carried out prior to the remedial works and again on completion to ensure the success of the repairs.

Docklands Central, Guild St, North Dock, Dublin 1

This was an extensive and complex remedial work project which centred around the investigation and repair of serious water ingress issues at numerous locations. A bespoke solution was devised by BGS to address persistent and historic problems, this was then applied across all elevations and was a complete success. The work was carried out in partnership with Billings Design Associates on behalf of Hibernia REIT.

Red Mall Entrance

This project involved investigating and resolving water ingress issues at the Red Entrance. CWCT section 9 water testing was carried out prior to the remedial works and again on completion to ensure the success of the repairs. The work was carried out on behalf of Flynn Construction.

This project involved investigating and resolving water ingress issues on the Green Mall Rooflight. CWCT section 9 water testing was carried out prior to the remedial works and again on completion to ensure the success of the repairs.
